Unfair Police Pullover

I had just made it across an intersection that it is hard to see around. It was at night and the intersection had blinking red lights going across. I got across quick as my only convern was getting across safe. A cop was sitting nearby and started chasing me. They were coming up so fast behind me that it scared me and they looked like they were going to hit me. I didn't know they were a cop at the time. They kept pushing my speed higher and higher while I was trying to decide if I should call someone or just pull out of their way. While during the scare, they then later decided to turn their lights on and pull me over. I believe this was an intimidation sceme and just a way for the police to collect my money. I have had my liscense for 2 1/2 years now and i've never been pulled over before this. The ticket was for $130 and I need help these 14 days. Thank you!
