Unexpected Needed House Repairs

Thank you for taking the time to read my story. My name is Chris Jones and I just moved to myrtle beach, SC. I'm 24 years old and I recently just purchased a home in which everything seemed to check out fine during the inspection. I've been in the house now for 4 months and have ran into some unexpected problems. Our heating and AC has stopped working and now the bathroom upstairs has created a massive leak that has started to flow into the living room downstairs. It has caused extensive damage and I'm afraid that mold may develop if it's not taken care of soon. I had a roomate living with me to help pay for the mortgage and utility bills. She had some family issues arise to where she had to move back to Prince George's county, Maryland. I have taken on another job to pay for the other half that my roomate was supporting. I have posted many craiglist postings to find a new roomate but have not had any luck. If you can help in anyway it would be sincerely appreciated. Any donation at all will help.
