I am a Tanzanian student who pursues a bachelor degree on population and development studies (Bachelor degree in population and development planning) at the Institute of Rural Development Planning. This is my last academic year.

For a student to complete his studies he has to undertake a research on anything related to his area of specification. Following this, I am about to conduct a research on factors that influence Tanzanians poor work performance and factors towards their confidence lacking when working with foreigners. By knowing the exact factors that lead to problem, Tanzanian employees will be modified thus development will have been promoted.

In order to conduct this research, I need the totality of 700 US$ that will facilitate the whole research work. Table 1 here below describes the uses of the asked funds.
