Needing Medical Help

I was diagnosed with an “S” shaped spine (scoliosis) in my early teens, but I’ve had back pain since I was 10. I’ve dealt with the pain on and off over the years, but in the past year it’s been increasingly worse. I have unaligned hips which cause horrific pain with the slightest movement. I experience numbness/tingles, back spasms, and mind numbing pinching sensations on a daily basis. I have arthritis in my spine which can be felt by the passing of food and drinks. There are moments when I cannot breathe due to the amount of pain I’m in. I’m terribly concerned that there’s something severely wrong in my back and would like to get it checked out before more damage is done.

I’m unsure of how much my private insurance will cover. This is a rough idea for an MRI, physical therapy, medication, and other purposes which is needed to obtain a clean bill of health for my wellbeing and for my family. I also have been diagnosed with severe anxiety and depression; have dizzy spells which the Doctors cannot explain. A Service Dog came highly recommended for the increase of panic/anxiety attacks, crying and dizzy spells - some of the money will go towards getting one so that I can have a better quality of life with my family.
