Dear All!

I am Aurelia Rachtan from Poland. As you are aware, the war broke up in Ukraine, and within first 10 days there have been over a million refugees that crossed Polish border. Most of them are women and children. People are displaced as I’m writing this message and we are expecting an influx of hundreds of thousand refugees over the next few days as the war continues (on average 200k daily).

There are many reception centres organized in Poland and we are one of them. We receive people at the border/train station and organize temporary housing, clothes, food, medicine, psychological help – anything that it’s required to make them feel safe. We are an important stop on their way to the final destination. Any financial aid would help.
