UK Medical School Tuition Fees

Hi all, I'm a prospective medical student looking to enter a UK university to study medicine in 2017. My dream college would be at King's college London or the University of Manchester. However, an obstacle that I am facing is the exorbitant tuition fees these institutions charge as I come from a low-income family where my father is the sole breadwinner of the family. I wish to pursue a career in medicine as I am highly interested in the field of study and I would like to become an oncologist one day as my late grandfather who I was close to passed away 3 years ago to pancreatic cancer. I wish to fight the denilitating illness alongside my patients and give them a will to carry on with their lives. I hope I can get the support that I need or else I may have to consider other options. My grades meet the entry requirements of the instituitions so academic ability is not an issue.
