Campaign Story
We're located on Lake Bunyonyi southwestern Uganda. We're fundraising for the motorboat to help communities around the lake to have easy and quick services. Like patients, pregnant mothers reach hospitals in time because good hospitals are in island and in town and stores
We have been having more death cases due to using small canoes for transport on the lake which put people's lives on risk most especially on windy season and storm.
Canoes takes time as people use paddles.

I went to his house to learn how to make Rolex. I then learned about his efforts of making a community boat and I wanted to make sure it got done as soon as possible. He was such a great and hospitable host! I hope this helps!! I can’t wait to visit again and see the completed project!

My 2 boys (8 & 10 years old) have been learning about Fairtrade and about improving people's lives during homeschool. So, after hearing about this cause via our friend Stevie, they decided they wanted to donate some pocket money to help. They hope a boat can be bought soon!
