Uber for USSR

The business idea is to create the taxi service like uber, bolt(taxify) and similar services, but with another financial approach. we plan to work with professional taxi drivers of post-soviet (post USSR) areola. We do not want to charge 20% of fare to taxi driver, we want to charge drivers of daily basis, and charge a very small amount of money. So, what if we charge our driver just a 1 dollar per day, and our application will have push notification and lightweight, so drivers won't uninstall it due to power consumption issues? We will have a lot of drivers, we will have 10 drivers per square kilometer. And our fare price will be at least $1 cheaper due to lack of percentage-based charge.
