Typhoon rebuild house

Super Typhoon Odette (rai) made some mayor damage inside the Philippines. Maybe some of you already heard but I lost any contact with my Wife and Daughter. ( updating: made contact on the 4 th day after destruction)Majority of the islands are fully demolished. Initial report shows that 60 percent of the power assets were broken and need full repair. These operation will takes weeks to months before we have electricity and therefore also running water wich is vital. Island of Lapu- lapu were my family lives lost all ways of communication. I am working in Manila on a vessel at the moment and waiting to get clearance to travel to the affected area. Airport of Cebu had some mayor damage and is closed atm. All sea travels are suspended untill further notice as well. I am uselly not a big social media guy but This is a cry for help. International medias don’t know how big this storm was since 30 mil people living in the area have lost any communication. The moment I get green light and pass the quarantine regulations I will be heading towards Cebu.. lapu-lapu city . My first objective will be to try locate my family and when I succeed I will try to help some families who lost there home. Many locals are traumatized by the force this Typhoon had … even they are used to experience quite a few in the past. There is a big shortage for drinking water and food atm. Since I cant help with a fast response I would like to help some people to get a roof above there head. I will start raising money for 1 Family to get them a small cabin or house. If my action is successful or my funds allow I will try to help more people. I don’t use any middle person or big funding system since history showed lots of money disappears. Any person who is willing to help, much appreciated. I hope they will restore communication so we can keep in touch . Will keep the people updated if the situation allows it. For know I have contact with the sister of my wife. Her husband and there house survived. Unfortunately she told my dear friend Joemar Lozarita lost his full house. He have 2 kids and a wife. I will try to help him and his family to have a home again. He helped me on many occasions and its time for me to pay him back for his generosity. They lived on the mountain in Cebu.
