Typhoon Mangkhut please help find new place

This is not easy for me to do. I don't like asking for help, but I feel I have no other choice. Please help...

Our apartment we rent for more than ten years has been flooded, whenever it rains and when the strong typhoon (Ompong) Mangkhut came.

This time we really need to move. Downstairs is getting covered by molds even after we cleaned. We are going to need all new furniture since some of them have been damaged by the flood and washed out. We need to pay for people to pick up the furniture and clean, pay to wash every clothing, bedding, shoes, and as all of these expenses along with normal food and daily living expenses, I just cannot currently afford, (a lot of savings was used recently because of unexpected expenses at school and I was hospitalize, I have a Hypertension stage II and still on maintenance medications, i am only 40 yrs old and worried).

Now, so not only do I need to finish cleaning and packing, moving things upstairs, trying not to get too emotional, I need to find us a home. I don't have the money, to pay the expenses in moving.
