tynesha’s college fund

Tynesha is a high school senior with a 3.9 grade point average. She has participated in the NJROTC Program for three years, plays the violin in the Coastal Youth Symphony of Georgia and the Coastal Youth Symphony Chamber Ensemble, is the Vice President of the National Senior Beta Club, and works closely with the Special Needs Program at her school in the Interact Club.  She is not eligible for a Pell Grant because of course, they look at our gross income and not our take home pay.  She is however qualified for the HOPE Scholarship, but it only pays a certain portion of your tuition which doesn't include books, housing, a meal plan, or anything else for that matter.  We do the best we can and would like for her to go to a good college. We would like to try to raise the money, versus being forced to take out student loans that we won't be able to payback; we are already in the middle of bankruptcy and are struggling to keep our home.  With a family of six, we don't have alot to offer, but we do accept blessings.  We encourage you to donate to help a bright, young female pursue a well deserved future.
