Two school trips this year!

Hello! I am Alissa, and a junior in high school in Hawaii.

I am going on two school trips this year and travel costs from Hawaii is pretty expensive.

In May, I will be going to Hiroshima, Japan with the school Japanese Club. We will be visiting our sister school on a cultural exchange.

I also a part of the Hawaii All State Marching Band. In November we're going to New York City. This year we are marching in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. This trip means so much to me because it is an once in a lifetime experience, and music is such a big part of my life.

With both trips happening in the same year, it has become difficult to meet the financial requirements. After many pizza nights and fundraising sales, I am asking for donations to help with some of the costs of the trips.
