Two brothers with Hunters syndrome – Father deceased on 23 Feb 2019.

On the 23^rd ofFebruary 2019, our dearest brother and friend, Christopher Reyes, better known as the award winning actor, Kristoffer King unexpectedly passed away at a young age of 36 years old in Manila, Philippines.

A few weeks on from Christopher’s passing, we are left to access the huge hole he left within the wider community but also in his immediate family, his wife and 5 children - two boys (JC 18 and John 11) who are both diagnosed with Hunter syndrome and 3 little girls (13, 10 & 5). Hunter's syndrome is a rare genetic disorder that needs weekly enzyme replacement via an intravenous infusion. It interferes with the body's ability to break down and recycle specific carbohydrates causing abnormalities in many organs, including the skeleton, heart, and respiratory system.

Unfortunately, Christopher Reyes did not have any life insurance cover or significant savings. Given the large reduction in the family’s income, we as close relatives of the family, wish to support them by gathering contributions from family, friends and well-wishers worldwide.

The funds will be used for the purchase of a small house, on-going medical expenses for the boys and education for the 3 girls. We invite everyone to contribute, however small or large.
