TWLOHA FGCU UChapter

To Write Love On Her Arms (TWLOHA) is a nonprofit organization that has always meant a lot to me since I first heard about it way back in high school. I was actually at the Switchfoot concert that basically started it all back in 2006. TWLOHA is dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury and suicide. It exists to encourage, inform, inspire and also to invest directly into treatment and recovery. I am currently in the TWLOHA Chapter on FGCU's campus and I love it. This organization(and club on campus) has helped me become a happier, more hopeful person, as well as analyze my biggest dreams. Because of this, I would like to give back to them. Being a college student, I obviously do not have the funds to give as much as I would like. So, for my birthday I am asking you to donate to this cause that means a lot to me instead of getting me presents.
