Losing 167 pounds – the last stretch!

I'm fighting an extensive, morbidly obese fight. I've reached my end. I cannot live like this anymore. I want to change, I need to change.

I started my journey in 2016 and lost a total of 45kg's. I still have about 50kg's to go. I had a sponsor who helped me with a specific weight loss programme, but unfortunately the sponsor can only contribute half of the funds for the rest of the programme. They were incredibly helpful during this time and I'm forever grateful to them.

Many people would ask why they should help me as it was me who brought myself to this very point in life. By no means am I proud of where I pushed myself to be, but I made a choice to change my circumstances, and I'm busy doing it.
