Turbo Tax of Real Estate – No more realtor fees when selling a house

Hello Everyone!

I am an aspiring entrepreneur who grew up in a small town. I had to work hard and pay my way to get where I am today. I have always aspired to start something great to help others, especially if it can save everyone money, but find my self monetarily restricted. I am asking you to help me get started!

I have always had a passion for real estate. So much so that I became a licensed real estate agent in Pittsburgh while in grad school. As a realtor, I quickly learned that a lot of what I did as a realtor could be automated for the buyer or seller using technology. If automated, buyers and sellers could buy and sell a home without a realtor and ultimately save 6% on the sale of the home. My goal is to do just that. I want to build the TurboTax of Real Estate so buyers and sellers can buy and sell a home at ease without the need of a realtor.

While pursuing my JD/MBA at Carnegie Mellon University several years ago, I designed the platform. The platform guides buyers and sellers through the red-tape of the real estate sales process and automatically connects buyers and sellers to trusted professionals who are required to complete the transaction (such as appraisers, home inspectors, lawyers, mortgage lenders, etc). My platform will ensure quality and timely service for as cheap as possible. The platform allows all parties to manage the transaction together in one place. Every person, regardless of prior real estate experience or knowledge, will be able to navigate the buying and selling of real estate with confidence without the need of an agent.

However, given my student debt burden and family obligations, it has been nearly impossible for me to leave my day job to pursue the endeavor. I am trying to collect donations so I can afford to hire the right team to build this platform for all of you. I thank you for your support. Phizzbo is a platform for buying and selling real estate without necessitating an agent using a step-by-step online transaction management program. Particularly, the platform relates to online buying and selling using recognized instruments just like a real estate agent would but without the need to pay real estate agent fees. The platform uses a patent pending algorithm to accomplish what a real estate agent does by guiding users of all levels through a step-by-step process flow from listing through closing.

By equipping any layperson the functionalities necessary to buy and sell real estate easily, regardless of prior experience, the platform provides full confidence to the user. The platform will be the only online consumer-based real estate transaction management system available in the market. The user-centric platform provides functionalities that eliminate the aforementioned risks.
