Tuition/School Fees – I lost my scholarships due to changes in law

I don't want to lie to you, the truth is it's not the only purpose I need money for, there is a lot more things, like drawing course, like my desperate need for knees treatment (due to patellar chondromalacia) but....

I don't want to bother you too much with the description of my life, so for now I will limit myself to the fact that I need help paying for my studies badly. In my life, unfortunately, a lot has happened, a lot of unpleasant things, and my country does not help people who have too much problems. My family is poor due to this unpleasant things which happaned in the past, and there isn't really anyone who can help me.

And I don't wanna end up like someone who could never accomplish their dreams because of all of this problems and main reason "completely lack of money".

I tried manage things somehow for my own, but unfortunately I ended up wasting much of time.

I'm currently studying japanese language and I have dyploma of N5 passed. Unfortunately, I could not use the full potential of this study, because I lacked the money for the materials needed. At the begining I was one of the better ones, but it soon turned out that I lacked the money to live, because the scholarship was only for renting a room and partly paying for studies. so of course I got worse in my studies due to doing everything to somehow live up from one month to another. Currently I'm working, but my employment contract ends in December and due to changes in law in our country I lost my scholarship. I can't pay for another semester.

I would be really grateful if you could help me at least in this matter.

1. Paying for studies
2. Treatment for my knees, I have a problem from child times, and unfortunately because no one noticed that I need treatment since I was a child, now it is much worse, which means I can't even do sports, modern treatment can give something, but the cost ranges from 2000 - 5000 USD
3. I'm trying also to draw, which is one of my dream to have time for mastering drawing and maybe later working for some games company as a enviroment artist, so I need money for courses, staff ect. which is another a few thousand, but in my Country Poland we just earn too low to even have a chance to buy things which you need to develop your talents.
