Tuition Fund Need

I'm Syed Amir Hamza from Bangladesh. Currently I'm living in Moscow, studying computer science. My family is not that stable. My cousins used to pay my fees. But for some reason they totally can not pay a single penny. But I need to complete my study. My yearly tuition fees is $4100. I have take loan for 1st year. And I'm trying my best to manage the amount for next year. As you know the language barrier here but I'm doing some teaching job here. But this much amount is tough to manage because I'm already in loan and I need to bear my living expenses too.

So if anyone able to help me, it would be very much grateful for me. I also want to be a good person and support my family. Please help me to achieve my education.
