Tuition fees of Open University

My name is Loren Kociko, I am 24 years old and I live in Greece.

A short story about me:
6 years ago I failed my Finals, so I decided to study on a private IEK on the Computer engineering field, but when I graduated I wasn't satisfied with the quality and the amount of knowledge I had.
Since then, I have obtained a CCNA certificate (networking) and took several free online courses on programming (Python, c++)

I want to continue my studies, but sadly I have to take a step back with the hope I will go further. At the moment, the Greek Open University is the best option, but it costs 1500Euro / year.
When I did my application, I paid the first half of the total year amount and now I have about a month till I have to deposit the second half.

I am here because I have some difficulties collecting the amount for the second dose. I feel kinda weird about asking money, but every amount is greatly appreciated
