Tuition Fees for Masters Degree

     I have finished my bachelor degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. I have a dream to become a PhD holder, so i am following my dream by studying my Masters degree.      Unfortunately the prices are too expensive for me to afford even with the help of my parents. My father is a very hard-working person, but he can help me up to a certain point, no further, so i am working for the time being, to collect some money and I'm starting this funding to give me the push that I need.   It may never work out, but i don't want to regret not trying everything.
