tuition fees

I'm second year student in Haifa's university of engineering , and i couldn't began this academic year because of the tuition fees which costs 15000 $ a year, I tried to find a work as student, so i can divide this into a several payment but they wont accept divided payments and ill have to stop this academic year if i do not pay until the end of this semester and I really don't wanna lose the whole subjects I learned and exams that I've worked hard for from October till now ..
I will appreciate each single euro that you can donate , because i am truly in need .. and your help can change my future ^_^
and hopefully one day I'd become mechanical engineer and return favors to others .
