Tubular breast

For some it might not seem bad but having tubular breast makes me not wanna live I hate waking up in the morning knowing how my breast are it effects my relationships, confidence, clothes that I wear I'm always feeling depressed the only option is surgery and I'm asking for help it would mean the world to me , some people's dream is getting married or something really exciting but mine isn't just a decent pair of breas
