TSUNAMI AT HOME WATER EVERYWHERE

It all started when we notice the floor was different. It started to flex. At first, i thought it wasnt a big issue but after what we discovered, its a pool down there. inssurance does not cover water damage and the cost to fix the basement is ridiculously expensive. In 2013 dec 20, my mom had a stoke. Now with all these problems, the bills just keeps climbing. I have already spent at least couple thousand on the basement but im running out short. If you could help it would be kindly appreciated. If you want i could send you all pictures of when it is done ;) im stuck alone to pay and thank you who have no idea how much it means to me.
