Trying to open House for old people,care healty.

hello everyone, I inherited from my father a big object, no money to start my own business, my plan is to open a house for the care of the elderly, I want to provide food, drink, bathing, maintaining their personal hygiene, they will also sleep in the house and to have a doctor's supervision 24 hours a day, to be able to provide such a service I need the help of you. Problem is i have that object and i dont have money to paying every year taxes,so i need help. If i stop to paying taxes my city can take me everything.
