Trying to move home

Looking for help to move back to arizona. I recently had a heart stent placed and being uninsured it left questions about the bills. I have type II diabetes. And between the blood thinners and diabetes pills its a constant challenge. My Doctor has recommended that i find another line of work. I'm ok with that. However what concerns me is that if I didn't go to the hospital when i did the doctors said i would of had a major heart attack and there was a slim to none chance that they would of been able to save me. I don't have life insurance. I just want to make sure if anything happens to me my family is taken care of. We want to move back to Arizona where we both have family. Unfortunately money has been tight for all of us and they are unable to help.  My fiancée has a job already lined up we just need to be able to get there and get a place. If everyone spared 1.00 or 5.00 or 25.00 whatever you can spare. It could mean a great change in my family's life.
