I was disabled in 1998 by a fellow employee: Howard Wong.   My employer, McKesson Corp One Post Street San Francisco, delayed and denied me medical care for my back injury making it permanent. I was in the break room changing out the water bottle when Howard came up behind me and knocked my right hand off the bottle bottom. He never said a word to me.  I dropped the bottle then slipped on the water. I fell and did 5 ruptures in my 4 lowest lumbar discs. No one believes is was an accident, except Howard.    With no other witnesses but Howard nothing could be proved. I will be totally and permanently disabled since McKesson refuses to pay the $150,000.00 to replace the lower 3 discs with artificial discs to cure my disability. I am trying to get home, Florida, and need the money to buy a used motorhome to drive there, then live in the RV.
