Trying to Get my LLC Going

I recently started a small IT Consulting and Services company in my small town, in September 2016. I started it to help out a local private school when they were having IT issues. They used my company fora few jobs, but then the principal retired, and the new principal is not willing to sign a contract yet. With this, I have incurred fees for keeping the business open, running, and no new customers. I would like to raise some money to help me re-design my website, design a logo, and upgrade my advertising methods. This will make it easier for me to get my name out there and earn new customer customers.
