Hello people, greetings from Luhansk - nice and quiet place in the past.
I don't know, are you interested or not in things that are going on here, so let me try to tell you. I apologize in advance for my English skills.
I'll try to cut politic stuff from here, because it wont help anybody. For us, people who lived, worked and loved here, it was like thunder from the skies. In 2014 Ukraine's government decided to declare anti-terroristic operation in our region. Reasons of that you can google by yourself, but dont think it will be the truth. Even we don't know them for sure. Bombs began to fall on our houses, lots of people were killed. Even more people abandoned their homes and fled. For the year of shelling electricity, water supply, schools and hospitals were damaged.
But the army did not succeed. Now our region is not under Ukraine's governments control, but war is not over. Sometimes we hear explosions, sometimes we see fires and smoke, but in comparison with what it was, I call it calmness.
Somehow we survived. For the next 2 years we tried to fix all the damage by ourselves, but without help it is impossible. Also, no help provided from our 'local authorities'.
We need help in repairing the apartments. Every coin you donated, will be appreciated.
