Need fund to develop an apps to help the worlds

now days we got airbnb,which we can share our unit for extra incomes,we got grab,uber to share out our transport to make money,but its not really a Necessary.and now malaysia law changing,alot of grab driver cant drive without a license.so,I am creating another apps,for food sharing,for barter trade,i got this idea from two years ago but until today i cant get any sponsor(since i am not a programmer),I hope someone willing to invest me,i would like to share out my idea and create another new trend,new opportunity for those who jobless or retire.
