Trying for our first baby. Sounds easy huh?

Hello! If you are reading this I do thank you for taking the time to hear our story and hopefully you will choose to be a part of this journey.

Things began in 2010 while riding in a taxi that had hit a pole. Though only suffering minor injuries, nerve damaged had occurred. While doing a routine MRI to determine the extent of the nerve damage my doctor discovered an angioma in my brain. After having gone through months of tests and costly procedures it is just something we've been told to watch and monitor. A few months later me and my husband decided that we were ready to start a family and with the go ahead from our neurologist and OB/GYN we began trying. Unfortunately, we were not having much success but still, we were hopeful.

A few months ago I experienced my first seizure and was rushed to the hospital. Again, I have found myself going through more tests and throughout all of this I continue to do my best to remain positive. While we still had not recovered from the original medical bills (since insurance so kindly does not cover most neurological tests) and now with the new ones, we still find ourselves trying to play catch up. We have been recommended to look into In Vitro fertilization now in an attempt to conceive. This procedure is not something you can make payments on like medical bills and no matter how hard we work, we would never be able to afford something like this.

I'm now in my 30's and would love nothing more than to experience being a mother before something for severe happens to me and I find myself no longer in a medical condition to have a child. I have not had anymore seizures since and pray to never have another one. All of my doctors have agreed that I am still in a condition to safely have a child and I ask for you to assist in any way possible.

I don't have much to offer in return. We both work full time jobs to make ends meet. What I can offer is to provide continuous updates every step of the way. I want to share my success story to all who are interested and care to know what's going on. I will share the sonogram photos, nursery photos, and even "the big day" photos and videos. Your contribution does not have to be large. Every little bit will add up and help in every way.
