True Happiness is Giving Society was established to provide nutritional supplements to those affected by malnutrition and infections leading to low immunity and lack of appetite as a result of illness. The society has reached out to over 20,000 people. The scaling up of this society’s activities seeks to address these challenges and is focused on raise resources to acquire and deliver the following to vulnerable populations in various communities because these items will significantly improve their health and also provide a source of livelihood for over 1000 people, a majority of whom are directly or indirectly affected by HIV/AIDS.
