Truck drivers license

I have always been very interested in cars,trucks,tractors and a large variety of machinery. I am 21 years old and currently struggling with jobs. I have a technical education (car mechanic) and my current workplace is a scrapyard. I have worked as a driver for a few months last year, it took me that long to realize that it was the best job I've had. Sadly there is no demand for car drivers in Latvia at the moment. My current goal is to save up enough money to get a C category drivers license, that would allow me to do something I've always wanted to do professionally.

Having a job that I like would be something I haven't had for more than a year, it would change my whole outlook on life. I have a lot of dreams, most of witch I won't be able to achieve,but with help I might be able to at least try to achieve some.
