Trixie’s Treatment

As many of you may be aware, my 5 year old Jack Russell, Trixie is my life. Today i have had the devastating news that due to a hereditary condition she has very quickly gone blind in one eye I have also been told that if she does not have this eye removed she could be in pain for the rest of her life with it.  I have also been dealt the blow that if she does not have the lens in her other eye removed, she could go blind in that eye too. Since the day she arrived to live with me at 8 weeks old, she has been insured, however unfortunately, my insurance company will not cover this as she is within the first 14 days of a new policy and as this condition has come on so suddenly i have no way of funding the £2000 operation bill. So this is where i am doing something out of my comfort zone and begging any of my friends and family to donate what they can to help me keep Trixie's eyesight.  Please give what you can, every penny will help and Trixie and I will love you forever.
