Tripod cat needs allergy test and blood work!

Frankie is a car hit survivor. She has suffered long until she fully recovers because her wounds were rotten and infected with maggots; resulting in her losing a front leg, an ear and partial vision in one eye.

In the last months she has been suffering from obsessive licking; where she licks a hot spot until she creates a wound, that she keeps expanding.

We tried painkillers initially to see if it is related to her amputated leg, but no change was observed. Then we switched to a hypoallergenic diet and isolation from the others, but a month later there is unfortunately no improvement. Additionally, she finds ways to scratch herself while wearing a cone collar, resulting in new wounds on her body!

An allergy test needs to be performed, in hope that an allergent is discovered and a blood profile in order to check her organ health. Such tests are expensive and way out of the shelter budget. I don't often ask for funds but such bills are just impossible to cover, especially now. Please help Frankie get well again, she has suffered enough.

Frankie is up for adoption to a loving and caring family, that has a low pet density; as she is a tripod, she knows her disability disadvantages her and doesn't do well with many pets around.
