Triple roll over accident help

In February on my way home from a business meeting I was unfortunately run off the side of the freeway by a drink driver resulting in my car flipping over three time. I now experience tremors, seizures and post concussive syndrome with PTSD issues. i just recently lost my job due to inability to do my old job and I'm not permitted to drive due to my new neurolgical status. I have no income and I have to pay copays even with my state insurance, but that's not the reason I'm letting down my pride and asking for help... my ex husband is seeing my accident as an opportunity to try and take my kids from me and he thinks I can't afford the legal help I require. Please help.i have three wonderful sons and they are my reason for living. Thank you. Blessings
