Golden Reformers is a group of entrepreneurs who want to bring positive results in the society by providing clean and affordable energy to all. As to why, we designed a product called BAG for Change, and it a school bag with a solar panel on the back and equipped with a power bank with a USB ports that allows plugging a LED lamp or any other USB devices. The group is pitching the business idea in Nigeria-Lagos which is at the regional level within the Hult Prize Competition.

Therefore, the group is raising funds cover the trip costs and be able to attend the Regional Finals which are a way of taking the project to the next step. To elaborate, the fund will clear the transport and accommodation costs while attending the Regional Finals hence allowing other people to challenge our idea for the sake of the project’s future success. The competition is taking place on March 14th, and the team needs the helping arm as to have the last fourteen days making preparations. The support will be a helping arm since it will cover costs for the trip hence opening the door for the team to see a big dream come true. The support means one’s contribution to bringing progressive change in the society by caring for those without access to energy and being able to support the individuals who want to chase after their visions.

Besides, the support means caring for children’s education by donating to the project that aims at making their education easier by providing school bags and solar energy. Therefore, the support means reducing the number of school dropouts which is one of the issues the world is tackling with. If the support is got, the team will be grateful for working on the project until it is able to impact communities with no access to energy and make the world a fair place for everyone. The team will be grateful to the support by bringing success to all people who have believed in our abilities by producing 7200 bags for children without access to energy in their homes by the end of 2020.
