Trip to Holland

Since birth i have suffered from a rare genetic kidney condition called Bartter Syndrome, Its so rare that not many people are aware about it, Basically my kidneys have a defect caused by a faulty gene (called CLCNKB) which means my kidneys do not filter out potassium and sodium for use in my body, they simple chuck it out of my body instead. To counteract this i have to replace them with 50 tablets a day which include potassium and sodium tablets. Through a facebook page dedicated to my illness i have met someone else my age with bartter syndrome, she lives in the netherlands and i am hoping to go over and see her next summer but the flights and hotel costs are expensive which is where you guys come in, If you can help, i would really appreciate it, even if its just a poundThankyou so much
