Trip to California

I have to attend a 1 week conference in California for my job which they are paying for. Due to the time, they reported that relatives can also come on the trip. I have a 2 year old and a 10 year old whom I would like to go but need to take another adult with me to supervise them. I am recently separated so finances are tight on my end especially due to the short notice. I am also taking my kids on their annual summer vacation the last week in July which is why funds are also tight. I am looking for any donation to assist with purchasing their airline tickets (3 people to California).
