Trip for friend with bipolar disorder

I raise money for trip with my friend. Tomek for 2 years have problem with bipolar disorder. Unfortunately drugs doesn' t work. I know that his life is realy hard. Last month I saw, that his condition get worst. I'm worry that his disease is cominig to stage, when he have to go hospital. I know that maybe it's the last time, to go together to holiday. Tomek is dreaming to go to the Baltic See. In June and July I was working for our trip. I've got 1200zł (about 400 EUR), but I need next 1200zł.
If it possible please help me. I've got only 30 days.
