Trek Cafe and Lounge at CoreCon

Our group FMVeg was asked to have a suite at CoreCon, the local sci-fi convention, to give out free vegan food to the attendees. So, we came up with the idea of having a Star Trek themed suite, and we're calling it "Trek Café and Lounge," filled with food from the future; replicated food! Most of the food in the Star Trek universe is replicated, and most everyone is vegan because of that, in case you didn't know. (Except Klingons, of course!) We're going to need Sci-fi veg geeks to help! 

I've applied  for funding through VegFund to help cover most of the costs of the room and food, but we'll need extra funding for food, props, costumes and such.  Any extra amount raised for the project and not used, will be put in our general FMVeg fund to cover the cost of business cards, literature costs, and other needs here and there.

If you cannot spare money, perhaps you have some Star Trek props to donate or lend, delicious vegan food  to serve in the cafe, (especially baked goods!) or Amazon.com or other gift cards to donate. (to be used for purchasing props or costumes, or used for a raffle prize!)
