Oil palm tree is TREE OF LIFE to a villagers or small holder. With better financial support the small holder would be able to intensify their productivity by implementing the right inputs (fertilizer, agriculture tools, pest & disease control, weeding and related) to the oil palm which they have planted in their own land; the small holder will enable to improve their income for better living.
With the great support to help them, upkeep and cultivation will be actively run smoothly in the field.
