Treatment for 29 yo Egyptian Female suffers from Systemic Lupus needs Mabthera 50

I really want a help for a poor 29 years old female who suffer from systemic lupus. She takes high dose of 2 powerful immunosuppressant drugs (cellcept 500 and Sandimmune neoral 100). However, after 6 months her body temperature reaches 40 degrees suddenly and to cool it down we use cooled glucose 5%. Her doctor told us that she needs mabthera 50 and each one vial costs 11130 Egyptian pounds and she needs 8 vials. We can't get this amount of money in Egypt.
