Treatment and care for female dog

This stray dog has been visiting me from the beginning of 2020. And has always been very calm and patient. Recently she took refuge at my door and is planning to slowly move in. She has injured herself during the mating season, and has been bleeding ever since. She does not want to leave except sometimes go bark at other dogs.

So I guess I'm being adopted! And yet keeping a dog fully fed and giving her proper medications is not an easy job. I need help to keep her well fed and to continue the medications. She may even need to get operated if its necessary. I'm hoping it doesn't come to that. Since it's winter I can't give her a good bath, so I'll also get her a good dog bed (she wants my bed).
