Campaign Story
It was 13/11/2018 when i was walking on the street suddenly start feeling pain on the left chest and i decide to sit beside the road to get relieve, it was subsided but one day forward the pain comes again this time was worse than before even my left arm was numbness and lower limbs my neibour brought to district hospital and diagnose to have Angina and given some drug but i needed to take further investigations such as MRI and it is in National hospital it is approximately 470km to reach and it cost so much money for investigation so i beg you for help.
