Treating Barney’s Heartworms

Barney beagle was picked up by animal control as a stray and landed in a shelter that automatically euthanizes older dogs and heartworm dogs; he was BOTH. Fortunately for him, a local rescue nabbed him before he was killed...

Barney may have survived euthanasia...but without treatment for his heartworm disease, he won't survive. We need your help to get his immiticide injections. Barney has already completed his month of pre-treatment with doxycycline and heartgard. He is scheduled for his first injection on Friday, June 1.
