Travelling the Himalayas creating Health and Sanitary awareness

I am a 24 year old guy from Nepal , as you all know Nepal is the land of Mount Everest and many more tallest mountains of the world. As this country lies in the Himalayas and the geographical condition here is very tough and difficult and also this country has so much more exotic natural beauties and breathtakingly mountains, which is what i want to explore more and more each day and i want to travel all around the Himalayas and also along with that, from my past few travels inside Nepal i have been experiencing lack of health awareness and sanitary habit among the peoples high up in the remote mountains of Nepal , lack of proper nutrition, harsh weather and geographical condition here is also the main obstacles. Through this campaign i am looking forward to travel more and more in these remote mountains, explore more in these Himalayas and i want to try and aware peoples there about the health and sanitation , things i have been seeing here in the Mountains of Nepal from my past travels shows me how peoples in the mountains are living in a poor condition , i am also hoping to help those peoples with the things i can through this campaign and along with that creating proper awareness Programs among them. I hope to get positive response and help.
