Our story simply goes like this: My husband and I are currently homeless, we have been at this status for almost 2 1/2 years now - on and off. Bouncing between the sleeping on the street, in cars, couches, homeless shelters, friends/strangers houses, motels, and many other different situations.
There have been times we'd only be able to afford cup o' noodle soups and splurge on the $0.99 menu. On a daily basis we'd have to rely on pan-handling and recycling.
Between the two of us we have 4 children that we aren't able to be with at this time due to our living situation. We cannot wait for the day that our families would be reunited once again.
Or mission is to be able to travel across the western half of the United States in search for a stable place to restablish ourselves. We know that in the north west is has a low unemployment rate, affordable living, and quality of life. We know we can succeed in a different area and become productive members of society. We just need help getting to our final destination where we can plant some firm roots and flourish.
