Travel for gift for second life my mom

In 2011 year my mom's diagnosed with- CANCER!!! 5 year she struggle with illness. Two of them she slept. I was 11 year old and I am very worried about my mother,but I could only hope,that she recovered.My dad left us when my mom was ill. Us was very difficult,but we with mom survived this.
My hope justified. After 5 year she is fully hosted treatment and she won disease.

As a gift to mom on second life, I want to give her what she wanted all life....Journey to Lake Baikal.
On lake Baikal necessary atmosphere for my mom. Pulmonary fibrosis- Complication after chemotherapy,

I really want ,that my mom's dream has come true.
