Trash 2 Treasures

Waste waste waste! We live in a global society where consumerism is high, leaving a negative impact on our environment. So what do we do with all the waste?

Ideally we should all be: Recycling, Up-cycling , Reducing & Reusing!

I started a small business called Trash 2 Treasures about a month after I graduated from college. I was going through the assignments I accumulated over the four years and realized just how much paper was going to go to waste. I've always cringed at how much paper among other things gets wasted on a day to day basis in our homes, schools, and workplaces. So, I thought I would put my creative skills to use and make my personal contribution to promoting sustainability in a fashionable way. My vision for Trash 2 Treasures is to use this small entrepreneurial initiative to raise environmental awareness by creating up-cycled items (i.e out of paper, re-claimed fabric etc) and promoting other great environmental causes. Its a small initiative that could make a positive contribution to a big environmental problem. Any amount of support to this start up business and cause would be greatly appreciated!
