Business Summary: REVU Holdings is a company focused on strategic opportunities within the Hospitality & Entertainment and Sports Recreation industries in high density populated 2nd & 3rd tier cities with fragmented geographical /product markets.

Current Situation: Customers in targeted market sites desire access to local quality entertainment options without having to travel up to 50 miles from their locales to major urban areas. We conclude there is a strong demand among our target demographic base for local alternatives in entertainment and sports recreation. Product/Service: We plan to establish Shisha (Hookah) Café Lounges, a Nightlife adult venue, upscale bowling site and acquire and partner with a well-recognized flag Hotel and Convention Center as well as exploring attractive high volume sports and recreation franchise opportunities.

Target Market: 2nd or 3rd tier cities with more than one third of the adult population under 40 (18-40), strong employment growth, a lag in hospitality and food service industries and median income in the area has steadily increased during the Economic Recovery for executive, skilled and blue collar labor.

Sales/Marketing Strategy: We will engage in multi-faceted marketing campaigns utilizing social media, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. Establish strategic relationships with local colleges, universities and tech schools. We will provide employment to students as brand ambassadors to promote the venues, and as parttime workers.

Business Model: Identify, acquire and/or develop businesses, based upon our specific criteria, where profitability, growth metrics and scalability are viable. Once true value creation is accomplished, we will pursue optimal exit strategy for our stakeholders.

Competitors: Current competitors include but not limited to, locally owned bars and restaurants, corporately owned and franchised restaurants, as well as black market or underground operations.

Competitive Advantage: REVU Holdings would provide unique or enhanced alternatives for the targeted demographic eliminating the need to travel an hour or more for entertainment/recreation options. Our strategy is to provide affordable, enjoyable adult and family entertainment.

Management: Our principals have combined over 70 years of entrepreneurial and corporate managerial
experience and have committed 100k to this venture. Our goal is to preserve business legacy and create long-term value for communities.
